Long-term overload will burn the motor.
In this situation, the feed gate should be reduced or closed immediately, the feeding method can also be changed, and the feed amount can be controlled by adding a feeder. There are two types of feeders: manual and active. Users should choose the appropriate feeder according to the actual situation.
(2) The discharge pipe is not smooth or the material is blocked too fast, which will block the air outlet of the pulverizer; improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the discharge pipe to be weakened or blocked after no wind.
Solution: After finding the fault, you should first clear the delivery port to change the unmatched conveying equipment, adjust the feeding amount, and make the equipment operate normally.
(3) The hammer is broken, aging, the screen mesh is closed and ragged, and the moisture content of the damaged material is too high, which will block the pulverizer.
Solution: Broken and severely aged hammers should be updated regularly to keep the crusher in good working condition.
